Le Manoir: a pedagogical vocation!
The Manoir de la Cour covers a pedagogical vocation; That of hosting school groups, accompanied by their teachers, in order to make them discover the Middle Ages through:
- An interactive and playful exhibition in which children learn while having fun, thanks to a game booklet and various modules that appeal to the senses.
- Two educational workshops proposed and animated by the team of the Manor. On one hand is the heraldic workshop where students are invited to create a coat of arms in their own image and, on the other hand, the calligraphy-illumination workshop which allows children to learn about these two forms of art.
Whatever the nature of the workshops, the workshops are divided into 3 levels according to the age of the participants. The documents presenting these workshops (duration, course, objectives, material, versions) are available and downloadable below
